Spot provides an online platform for creating and managing signups, events, and related coordination tools. Features may change over time as we improve the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
Accounts are intended for organizational and administrative use only.
3. Admins and Access
Paid accounts may allow you to add additional administrators or collaborators. You are responsible for managing access and permissions for anyone you invite to your account.
4. Payments and Billing
Spot is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and Spot does not work for your needs, you may request a full refund by contacting us. Refunds requested after 14 days are not guaranteed.
